Delete Mahjong Connect Account and Data
Mahjong Connect: Tile Match is published by Geos Media RG. The game creates an automatic anonymous Firebase account only to make the online leaderboard work. No email address, password, or profile is required.
Delete in the game
- Open Mahjong Connect on the Android device that submitted the score.
- Start the game so the leaderboard panel is visible.
- Tap Delete My Score.
- Confirm deletion in the dialog.
Request deletion without the game
If you no longer have access to the game, email geos.media.mt@gmail.com with the subject Mahjong Connect data deletion request. Include the generated player name shown on the leaderboard so we can find the correct record. We may request a screenshot of the leaderboard entry to protect other players from unauthorized deletion requests.
What is deleted and retained
We delete the leaderboard entry, generated player name, score, level, remaining time, result, submission time, and associated anonymous Firebase account. A new empty anonymous ID is created only if the game is opened again so the leaderboard can remain available. Firebase Analytics events are not linked to the leaderboard account or player name and cannot be used to restore a score. They are retained only under the Google Analytics data retention settings; uninstalling the game stops future analytics collection from that installation.
